Accessible Premium Upgrade · Taman Pelangi
Smart material selections and built-in cabinetry for a Taman Pelangi terrace renovation in Johor Bahru.
Project brief
A mature Taman Pelangi terrace required a respectful upgrade—modern function without fighting the home’s existing character.
Scope delivered
- Refaced wall cabinets where carcasses were still sound
- New quartz section at the primary prep zone
- Aluminum base units only in the heaviest steam area
- Hardware upgrade to soft-close throughout
Value engineering
We retained serviceable structure where possible and spent budget on surfaces and wet-zone durability.
Outcome
A refreshed kitchen and storage package that feels contemporary while honoring a practical mid-range spend.
